Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026. Governed by United States law.

1. What we collect: account data, animal and registry data, evidence files (hash and metadata), coarse location (city/state or rounded coordinates), payment identifiers from Stripe (never card numbers).
2. Processors: Stripe (payments, identity), hosting providers, e-mail provider.
3. Consent: marketing SMS/e-mail only with explicit, unchecked-by-default consent, stored with timestamp and text version (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, Spam Act).
4. Your rights: export, correction, deletion (financial records retained as required by law). California residents: CCPA/CPRA rights.
5. Retention: evidence per contract and legal retention; audit logs are append-only.
